All Orders are shipped from the Republic of Ireland via An Post.  
Large orders and orders to the rest of the world will be shipped via Priority Parcel Post and are tracked. A copy of the receipt with the tracking number will be sent to you by email. 
Smaller items sent within Ireland will be sent by standard post without tracking unless registered postage is requested, this will incur an additional cost .

I am happy to exchange or refund an item once the item arrives in its original unused state. Postage for returns will not be covered by Chasing Dreams Felt Art. If the return is made due to a fault of Chasing Dreams Felt Art, we will pay postage costs.
All items must be returned within 30 days to receive a refund.
